Favorite flavor of Pederson’s bacon – “I like them all so it’s hard to narrow down. If I had to pick it would be the Cherry…I really like that contrast of the sweet cherry smoke and the salty.”

Favorite non-bacon Pederson’s product – “Jalapeno cheese sausage.”

Who he’d share a plate of bacon with – “I don’t know…one of those famous cooking chefs so they could tell everybody about how good our bacon is. Just pick one.”

Who he’d trade jobs with at Pederson’s for one day – “Anyone of the sales guys. That’s the end I never get to see…like Hans, he’s in a store everyday visiting and hearing about what customers have to say.”

Favorite Pederson’s moment – “Starting up Bacon Bash. Pederson’s has grown a lot and we are very blessed…I like the fact that we can give back.”
