Favorite flavor of Pederson’s bacon – “The Apple bacon…that’s just my favorite, it’s probably what we eat the most. But we’re not picky.”

Favorite non-bacon Pederson’s product – “Breakfast sausage. The kids have it almost every morning for breakfast…I make it on the weekends and freeze it.”

Who she’d share a plate of bacon with – “George Straight.” (on a side note….I did not even get to finish asking this question before she said her answer…somebody loves her some George)

Who’d she’d trade jobs with at Pederson’s for one day – “I really like my job so this is a hard question. I guess I would say our sales rep Britt in California because she travels a lot and is not in the office everyday.”

Favorite Pederson’s moment – “When we hit regular sales of between $500,000 to $600,000 a week.” What she wants folks to know about Pederson’s – “We have a great product and we make it ourselves in Hamilton, Texas.”
