Ham Hash Brown Cakes

Makes approximately 16 cakes.

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 Cup Shredded Pederson's Ham

1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion

2 1/2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour

Salt & Pepper To Taste

20 oz. Bag Refrigerated, Shredded Hash Browns

2 Large Eggs

Canola Oil

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a large bowl, combine ham, green onions, flour, salt & pepper, and hash browns.

2. Add 2 lightly beaten eggs. Toss well.

3. Scoop mixture by 1/4 cupfuls into 1 tablespoon canola oil per batch in a large skillet over medium heat. Flatten slightly.

4. Cook 5 minutes per side or until browned.
