This is a delicious mash up of two ol' favorites… a reuben sandwich and a hot dog. Not only are they tasty, but they're easy as can be to prepare, as well!
Makes 4 dogs.
INGREDIENTS:
4 hot dogs
4 hot dog buns
1/2 cup sauerkraut
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Grill the hot dogs over medium heat to taste.
2. Split and toast or grill the buns.
3. Place a hot dog in each bun, and, dividing evenly, top with the sauerkraut, cheese, and dressing.
